It is a great rug but I don't recommend using it in a room you eat in. We have it in our living room so if we are having a snack or if my son is building a lego on our coffee table and something gets dropped it's almost impossible to find. I read the reviews before buying about it being difficult to clean and yes it's very true I vacuum it in every direction for about 30 mins. Overall though it looks great and is so soft under your feet so if you can avoid people eating around it or wearing shoes on it you shouldn't have any problems :) ... show more

I’ll start with the pros. Good price for the size. It’s fluffy & soft. Feels good when walking on it. Cons- it’s very lightweight so it moves easily. It claims to have “grip” but definitely doesn’t. Moves all over the floor. But for the price, can’t complain to much. And the vacuum definitely wants to eat it! Hard to vacuum for sure! ... show more

This is an amazing rug for the price, I purchased the 6x9 size in black for my one bed apartment to place in the living room area, it fit beautifully. I think if I went a size bigger it would look nice too but I won’t be returning this one. It’s just as soft as all the reviews say it it. Yes, it is a thinner rug. This doesn’t bother me because my living room already has carpet so this is more so for color and decor. If you are planning on placing this on hard wood I would maybe opt for something thicker. ... show more

Out of all the foam shag rugs out there, this is the only one with a quality memory foam that lays flat and has well working non-slip backing. The only reason I returned it is that the white was TOO bright white for my space and made my apartment look dingy--as we have landlord beige walls and grey carpet. I would've bought the green one instead if they had been in stock. Ended up getting a green shag rug from another store, and immediately realized how amazing the quality of this one is. It’s a great rug! Looks good, feels great on bare feet. I have it in my living room and it’s terrible to clean with toddlers! My vacuum has a hard time getting through it. It is very thick. I have to take the hose to pretty much the entire thing and it still doesn’t get all the crumbs and toddler trails out. It’s great quality and pricing but a headache if u have smaller children. Would be great as a bedroom rug where food and such can’t get all over it. That’s where mine is on its way to, once I can get it all cleaned out. 🤣 ... show more

For the price, I really can't complain. It's perfect for my daughters room, and it's so soft and lightweight. It did have a super weird kind of off-putting smell when we first opened it and laid it out, and it was also kind of bent and didn't lay straight at first... But after like 2/3 days the smell was completely gone and it lays totally flat now. Definitely worth the money, and it's nicer than I thought it would be! Just buy it, you'll be happy! ... show more
