Beware: Can damage some types of flooring. After reading the reviews I thought it should be okay, however, paper thin rug held together with some type of plastic or plastic glue (whatever it is) exposed openly on the bottom of the rug that will melt and can damage or stain heated floors or wood flooring. I had to pay a lot of money to repair flooring for my rental unit. Also this rug will shed a lot as it's so paper thin that it struggles to keep the fibers attached. Major headache. ... show more

1. I don't know what I expected the coal color to be but this is pitch cool black, haha. 2. The fibers are incredibly fine, leaving the rug a very silky feel. Nice on the feet, slightly slick. I don't think it would hold up to extended wear and tear. 3. The padding keeps the rug in place and makes it more comfortable to stand on. 4. Packaging was great, made it very easy to carry up 2 flights of stairs. It took about 3-4 days before the rug looked its best, and some hand fluffing of the fibers. Overall, it's an okay rug. The main thing is how astounding it is to get any rug in this size for this price. I just moved into a home with hardwood floors and can't afford the type of rug I'd like to buy yet, so this does for now. I'm not sure you could vacuum it however, which is a problem. At least the dark color won't show dirt? ... show more

Thin but soft not good with furry animals not sure yet haven’t had long but probably gonna be bad with smells so shoes off should be a rule certain vacuums may clog from it so use the hoes compartment good for temporary use or a dorm room something where traffic won’t be heavy it looks good tho and good for a quick set up till u can afford or find a good rug should be cheaper tho in my opinion haven’t had movement issues yet but to keep it real have things holding it down so I couldn’t be sure would buy once only and only if cheaper I got the 8x10 if I knew how’s it be before hand I’d only pay about 30 bucks for cuz of size 3 stars for convenience ... show more
