It is simplistic to use. It can be easily packed away compared to locking bar/stick locks. I am impressed by the anti car theft device. Although a criminal who wants to steal your car still can, however it will take them more time adding some difficulty. I am sure that individuals looking through the car window would probably think twice about whether it is worth it to steal the vehicle. Others in the family have seen my steering wheel to seat belt lock that they have ask me to get locks for them. So far I have bought 3 of them. I live in Memphis, where car jacking’s and stolen cars are a daily occurrence. Recently I saw on TV that these are making a come back and in fact, a few months ago, the police were handing some out to needy people. That encouraged me to start searching and I went to my go to store Amazon and I found this one which I really liked. It is sturdy and heavy and on the end of it is the tool that you can break glass which is an added plus. While I do drive an older car and the chances of it being stolen is not very likely this does give me the added security of knowing that if somebody wanted to steal it, they could not. Also, I have the added security of knowing that if someone tries to carjack me along with my mace and my car siren I also have a very heavy tool to use in my defense. Not that it would help in the event that a gun is in my face , but I still feel like I have a one up, possibly for anyone trying to bring harm to me or my car. It came with three keys and all three keys work in the lock smoothly. I had no problems with the keys at all, and it comes with stickers that indicate it is GPS enabled. Although my car is not GPS enabled. Hopefully the stickers will make someone think twice. I have a lot of security at my house. Anything that can deter a criminal or delay a crime is a winner in my book. If a car thief were to try to steal your car with this they would have to be very prepared and I don’t think most criminals are that smart- they will move on and look for an easier target

I bought this anti theft device because Kias in our area were being stolen. It works good, wraps around the steering wheel and into the seatbelt. It is a very thick cable and I am sure if someone wanted to steel it they could but they would have to come prepared with heavy cable cutters. I have a Kia, and with recent car thefts of these models, coupled with the shady garage I park in at work (which has had more than one attempted car jacking in recent months), I wanted something visible to deter my car as a target. I was very pleasantly surprised by the heavy duty quality of this steering wheel lock. I really like that it is a telescoping model, so when not in used is compact and easy to stow. The window hammer and GPS stickers were a great bonus! Having the 3 keys is great, just in case. I have one in 3 different locations in the event my primary keys get lost or stolen.
