I used these consistently for 14 days. I already have quite sensitive teeth so it was really important to me that my teeth didn’t become more sensitive. I searched all over for the best whitening strips with the most reviews on sensitivity issues. These with the best option. I’m glad I went with them because during the entire treatment I never once experienced any sensitivity greater than my normal amount. There was some gum irritation but the instructions said it was normal and would go away. It did and I’ve have no issues from it. The gum sensitivity wasn’t even that bad; comparable to eating some sour candy. It goes away fast as your mouth heals quickly. I have never whitened my teeth on a routine before and I’m 30 years old. So this is ~30 years of accumulated staining. I am not a coffee or dark soda drinker, but my teeth had yellowed quit a bit throughout the years. It became noticeable in a photo with my family and I decided to take the initiative and fix it myself before paying hundreds on whitening at the dentist. Glad I went this route because it worked great and was affordable! The color is not perfect, but I was not expecting bright white piano tile teeth from at home whitening strips. Will purchase these again and use them as touch ups every few months!

Must buy for pearly white teeth 🦷

The results speak for themselves!! I bought these white strips on a whim after not being able to stick with the whitening kit (retainer and syringe of whitening gel) from my dentist that required 1-4hr wear. 30min seemed like a much easier commitment. I did not wear these strips on consecutive days. Just whenever I remembered over the course of a month. The results pictured are from 11 strips. I am SHOCKED. I’ve recommended Opalescence to all of my friends. This is an excellent price point and the product really works.

Better than any other whitening system. Creat, guru nanda, and the opalescenxe trays all didn’t work for me and just created white spots (that went away) but no lasting change was made. On the FIRST try of these my teeth look cohesively whiter and no pain either. Make sure you dry your teeth before putting them on otherwise they won’t stick…that seems to be a common issue on these comments. Also no coffee or tea or staining foods while you use these bc they will make your teeth more porous.

Half way through the treatment and there is a drastic difference in how my teeth look! I’ve got really sensitive teeth so I have had some pain after whitening, but I just skip a day sometimes to let my teeth calm down a little.
