My dentist recommended using these before a crown replacement on one of my front teeth that I broke when I was a teenager. Worked great so I could match the crown to nice, white teeth instead of yellowed ones. Easy as can be.

I bought the 15% 10 packs version of this and while the product is good and easy to use, it barely worked for me. I am not a heavy coffee or caffeine drinker and while I had more shine or sheen to the teeth, I didn’t experience the multiple shades of whiteness that others have reported, even after 10 applications. It eas also recommended by my dentist to keep the trays on for 30-40 mins (which I did) for better results instead of just 15 minutes. I guess I will have to keep trying other products as this was maybe only 10-20% effective in my case.

The first day I used these I was impressed because I saw a difference right away BUT on day two I had a hard time getting the inner layer to stick to my teeth. Again the outcome was great once I got them to stick. On days 3 and 4 I had to leave the green outer tray in the whole time because the inner layer would not stick to my teeth. It was very uncomfortable and a little painful which meant I couldn't leave them on any longer than 20 minutes. Very disappointed in this product and I will be going back to using the Crest Whitening Strips. I doubt I will even finish using this pack.

It's okay, doesn't whiten too much and I have pretty white teeth but it didn't make much of a difference.
