Works better than strips in a much shorter time. Strips just didn’t seem to do enough after several wearing, but I saw a difference with this product after one 30 minute use. I do not have teeth sensitivity, but if you haven’t used a whitening gel, you might want to try a lower percent first.

Works well but man it’s potent and painful if it gets on your gumline. I’m dropping back down to 35% peroxide.

They aren't messing around with the 45% stuff!!! Don't let it eat your gums!!!! Make sure you only put tiny dabs in your trays or this stuff is like a prisoner torture.
