LOVE this item! I got the exact same brand from my dentist's office but at a much higher price with them. I found this same brand on Amazon (with different levels of options) at a lower price and knew this is what I needed to get. Comes in 2 packs of 2 syringes. I generally use this every other night (I don't want my teeth to get too sensitive) and the tubes last me a good while. I'd say I can get at least 3 days out of 1 syringe (using on both top and bottom, all teeth). Flavor is decent. Stays put all night in my retainers and actually whitens! I’m very impressed! I honestly didn’t expect this to work, but it definitely whitened my teeth. I noticed a visible change after using just one strip. I’m not a fan of the "blindingly white" look, so I stopped early, but it was well worth the $32. My dentist quoted me over $300 for a professional treatment, so I used these strips along with my orthodontic retainers to get the job done for a fraction of the price. I have been liking this product but it is definitely not a quick fix. I have been using for a week now and finally am noticing a difference. I have had significant difficulty over the year finding a teeth whitening product that my teeth were not sensitive to. I would use strips or gel for a few hours and the pain in my teeth would be so painful I had to stop. I didn't think I could ever have white teeth, and I really wanted white teeth. So I saw this product online and decided to try the 15% strength, since my teeth are generally sensitive. I have plastic trays anyways since I did invisiline and so I tried it with my trays for a few hours. No sensitivity, no pain. I tried it again for a few hours and again, no sensitivity, no pain. I could see a slight whitening, even after a few hours of use. Then I decided to try it overnight (since that's what the instructions said) and again, no sensitivity, no pain. I have ordered this product 3 times (used almost 10 tubes), and my teeth are, without a doubt, white. The attached photo shows it to some degree, but in real life they are flat out white. So for about $100 I finally got the white teeth that I have always wanted. I have so much confidence now smiling and laughing, knowing that my teeth look fabulous. And I don't know what it is about this product versus others that I have used, but I am so thankful for the formulation. Great product! ... show more

Opalescence 15% Gel is less expensive on Amazon. I paid double at my dentist's office. I have used this brand for over 8 years. At the beginning I used the gel once a week. My teeth would get very sensitive to cold if I used it more than once a week. After my teeth were whitened, I cut back to using it once a month. I ran out of the gel over four months ago, but I was still getting complements about my straight white teeth. I was uneasy about ordering the gel from Amazon because of the low price. All my doubts were gone after one application! My teeth are noticeably lighter. Here's a tip: Do not waste gel by over filling the mouth trays. To avoid getting the gel all over your tongue, try spreading a light coat of gel with the tip of the syringe only to the areas of the trays that come in contact with the front of your teeth. ... show more

Product appears to work well so far, but producer is pretty stingy on amount of product provided. Package says there are two applications per syringe but I could only get one and a half out of each syringe at best. I'll be buying from another producer next time.
