My nearly 3 y/o received these as a Christmas gift. He loves to build and this is another outlet for that. He likes to point out the different colors and shapes. These blocks were smaller than I imagined. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. Since the description said for toddler between 1-3yo, I thought it would be great. My 3yo enjoyed building with them, but had to keep some of the smaller pieces away from my 1 yo. Did enjoy the container it comes with which made it much easier for clean up.

Purchased for a soon-to-be-born girl. We know how much little ones like shapes and stacking, and knocking things down. This set gave us colors, simple shapes, and a large number of blocks suitable for the crawling, toddling child. A nice touch was the top with slots be shape. The only negative I saw was that top for shales was flimsy — may survive year one, most likely not much longer. Storage box was cardboard, some care required for it to last.

I bought this for my sons birthday. He absolutely loves building things. He was telling me about these colored buildings blocks he plays with at nursery school, so I bought some for him.
