I love the concept but it doesn't measure the same as my other scale. Maybe I just have a learning curve with it. But it's a little more difficult to use than my other scale especially when I am preparing my poolish.. it was too frustrating and packed it up.

We are an ooni pizza oven family. Baking is chemistry and measurement is more important than I first thought. The quality of our dough increased the first time. Plus that we were able to weigh scrap gold on the smaller scale. It paid for itself!

    • Worked for 30min
Worked for 30 min and started showing E error and low battery. Replaced battery several times and same issues. After doling this for about an hour it eventually did not power on. Tried to contact ooni but they have no phone support and only email or chat. The chat does nothing to help and wants you to email there support. I did so and have had no response for a week. So far a bad products and bad support . Retuned this via Amazon so at least had that option. ... show more
