In my opinion, these run large. I’m 5’9 210lbs muscular and according to the sizing guide I needed the XL/2XL. I ordered that first and it fit, but I had to cinch everything down quite a bit. So much so that I was afraid if I lost any weight, it would not longer fit. I exchanged it for the M/L and it fits well. I still have room to adjust if needed too. If you kayak places you need to wear a vest, a proper Kayak vest is a must have for comfort. I am 5'10" and 300lbs. This fits me very comfortably. After receiving the vest, I bought a 2nd for my wife.
