Update 2: Onnais product support ended up sending us a new RV door, their customer service was amazingly good!!! Super happy, they are going to replace the RV door. By the way, they offer a life time warranty! I am super happy with this. Update: after not even a full season year of use. The ONLY way it will lock is by the deadbolt. When the doors open the code and lock button works, when we try to lock the RV it refuses to lock and we have to use the key. Changed from a 5 to a 1. As expensive as this is, should have lasted longer and YES we have replaced the batteries We had to replace our keypad after a couple years and we found onnasis!!!! I am super impressed with this high quality of this brand, sturdiness of it and the quality of the keyfob and the key itself within it! This one is super easy set up, quiet, the passcodes easy to set. Keyfob was wasy to pair. I love the pad! If you need one you won’t be disappointed in it. Lately, with how cheaply things are made these days. It takes a lot for me to make a post on It and to be happy with it. It fit perfectly in our RV door! It works as it should and locks well… The last one we had was the brand Carmteck and we were not happy with it. We had many Issues with the locking mechanism being bad, had to use a screw driver to break in. One of the keys also broke inside the lock.

I am super impressed with this. Over the traditional leader in this space I liked this because the buttons were super big (which is better for my grandson with autism). I loved that you could plug in any string of numbers before the actual code; and the lock still works. It's super quiet opening and closing. The latch to open the door from the inside is very easy to use, perfectly sized and very smooth. The only downside to this, which you MUST know about, is that you cannot have your screen door slider fully closed with this lock in the door; because the handle and battery compartment intrude into that space of the screen door. Since the door will be closed that doesn't bother me; but if you try to slam the door closed from the outside without checking the screen door position first; you might do some damage. In my case the door simply wouldn't close. I loved the pricing of this, and the YouTube video that was available was PERFECT. Remember too that the hold-sizes of this door lock and the hole sizes of your old door lock are NOT the same; so even if you use the same door-plate you MUST use the new screws to hold it to the door lock. I love that our family can all come-and-go from the Rig without needing a key.

I purchased this lock almost a year ago and the customer support (Rachel was awesome helping me with my lock) and quality of this lock is very good. It fit perfectly, it is very heavy duty and easy to install. I highly recommend this lock.
