Well worth the money. This lock is heavy duty. My trailer door was not cut perfectly square so I took a Dremel tool to cut a tiny bit of the corner fiberglass so the screw would hit the plate on the inside. The product took only a few minutes to install. The key fab worked immediately and the 4-digit code was configured quickly. Great product. I'll need so put caulking around the unit, as it is not completely flush with the surface, but that's no big deal.

As the only people with the old lock and key entry to our camper in our group of camping friends, it was time to get a keyless entry. My son and I were able to get this installed pretty simply. It works great and as expected. Somehow I lost the keys and you should remove the batteries for winter in cold weather. I reached out to customer support and they have been amazing! Great product with great customer service, that's a win win.

I did have my Brother come over and help me install, but it was very easy. I have a 2025 StarCraft by jayco and it fit perfectly. I feel so much better now that I have a code lock, and keyless entry door lock. I also have 2 doors on my camper, so I will be purchasing a second one in the future. For the extra security the price may be high to some, but for me it’s priceless. Make sure you get the metal one if you are going to invest.

We just installed ours a week ago. Easy to install and program. It is heavy, hoping that’s a good thing. It’s metal except the keypad part. I hope the sun doesn’t cause the keypad to dry and crack like the last one. It seems to be a really sturdy handle. Key pad is easy to use, key pad and remote easy to program. love the remotes. My only complaint is when we close the door it has a very loud metal sound. This is the only reason for the 4 star as of now. Longevity will tell.

We bought the RVLOCK V4 to replace a Bauer on our 5th wheel. We had repeated failures with the Bauer and needed to try a different brand. On a recommendation from a friend we decided to give the RVLOCK a try. We verified our opening was the same as indicated for the new lock. The install was simple. The opening did fit our door but because you have to angle it in for the door latch we had to make a slight adjustment with a file where one of the screw cases was hitting the opening. Easy fix. We have been using it for two weeks without fail! Love the added feature of the key fob while still having the option to use the code pad or key when needed. We had been a little concerned if the shape of the RVLOCK would cover the more rectangular shape of the Bauer. Because the only cut in the door was the same for both devices and the rest is cosmetic it was not a problem. Our fifth wheel is a 2016 so there was only a slight discoloration from the sun but you hardly notice it. Well worth having a working lock!! Highly recommend the RVLOCK V4.

This is our second lock purchase. Very easy install and programming. This lock is even better than the last one, I like the improvements subtle but there. Works as advertised we hardly ever use the key!

Just bought this for my dad for Christmas. It feels like much better quality metal than what was on it to begin with. We installed and programmed the keypad and remotes it in about 10 minutes. So far so good! My parents love being able to just click a button instead of having to dig for the keys.
