Sharp and ergonomic

I first encountered this at work (I'm a cook) and I bought one for home use too. It's heavy in a good way, so you don't have to use as much arm pressure because the tool is doing part of the work. The round handle makes this so much easier to use. I’m used to the style blade and prefer it to newer styles. Does a great job peeling especially apples, potatoes and carrots. Will definitely order again when needed.
