LISTEN TO ME, IM GOING TO BE FAIR HERE...
Color: No Drapes
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT LAST MINUTE... I had an event at Paramount Studios. My first and I was excited. I wanted to get this right. I rushed to purchase this set. When I got it, the cross bar, which comes in two pieces, was stuck! 2 days before the event😩 I was up all night trying to get it out. I decided to spray cooking oil at the two ends and went to bed. When I woke up, I slid the inner pipe out. I read the reviews and had I done that first, I wouldn’t have purchased this item. It’s the price and the prime that gets you to buy it. After emailing the company about my experience, they could not refund my money because it was purchased through Amazon. Had I purchased directly from them they would have. Instead they sent me another pole kit to make it right. That cross bar too was damaged. They sent another to make that right. Now, the poles are $99 if you purchase directly from the company. The poles are light weight, the base plates are heavy, but I found out the hard way that if you’re event is outside, you still need weights on the base plates so your display does not blow over because it will. Because I had enough time for any mistakes, I chose to order directly from the manufacturer 3 more pole and drape kits. I’m building my business and I’m pretty happy with them. Do they have work to do as far as the product in the warehouse? Absolutely! And they are aware, but because they went above and beyond to make me satisfied and acknowledged the issue, and it was less expensive, I chose to go directly through them Incase there were any issues. So make sure if you’re trying it save a few dollars and you make room for any errors, go through the company. It’s time consuming going through Amazon when there’s a problem. To be fair, the folks in reviews that did have issues really did, but the folks that were happy with the product really are happy. This is the truth so keep in mind, the dollar you spend and the time you have for accidentals before your event😃

Good product!
Color: No Drapes
As an event planner, I must say I was hesitant to order this set based on some of the reviews. I like it. It is easy to assemble. The upright bar only stands at 8ft and cannot be made shorter. However, the crossbar can be extended to your liking. It extends as far out as (almost) 10ft. The steel base is very heavy which helps it stand straight. It can feel a bit wobbly, but honestly, most of them do. I recommend this product.

Product is a little shaky, but if it’s going up against a wall and will work out fine.

This product is amazing! Ordered the double layer kit as well. Vendors wanted to charge more than what I paid for the kit. I will order additional pieces to help my future brides dream come true.

The stand itself is great, very easy to setup and surprisingly sturdy
Color: Black
Ordered this product on a Tuesday and opted for the expedited shipping because I needed it for a wedding the following Saturday. Contacted the seller and to ensure I would have it by Saturday to which the responded immediately and assured that I would have it by Friday and they were correct. The stand itself is great, very easy to setup and surprisingly sturdy. Can adjust to various widths easily but the height is fixed at approximately 8ft. My only complaint is that I ordered the black backdrop to go with the stand and the material is super thin. So if there are any lights behind the setup they will show up in your photos. If you have it against a wall it's no problem but if not be prepared to use another fabric to block out backlighting. Overall the stand and seller are great but if you have other backdrop options I would recommend that over the one you can order with the stand.

Not sturdy at all!!!
Color: No Drapes
The backdrop looks extremely sturdy in the pictures but it is not. The poles are very light and if not careful will fall over. I’ve purchased backdrop stand more durable and sturdy for a quarter of the price of this pipe and drape set.

Color: No Drapes
I Love it :-) purchased to divide my bedroom from my living room. I have a very small studio basement apt. The only problem is that it was too high. I was under the impression that you can adjust the Height as well. Not sure if it was my mistake or they need to change the way the describe the product. I was able to get my bf to cut it with his tools. But I like it and it does the job. The poles are a bit flimsy but the trick is to put tissue inside when attaching makes them tighter and more stable.
