When I 1st received this product I noticed there was only one type of bag it did not come with 2 as specified in the Description. I made do with the 1 it came with and did not want to complain, but now after about a year and a 1/2 of use the only bag that it came with has a hole in the bottom and I don't know where To order new bags. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of the missing bag and how hard it is to find parts when needed. Having said that I use this machine a lot!! my friends even borrow it because it is such a good tool for making infusions at home without producing too much smell and/or taking up too much time. And the fact that you can just set it and forget it and it stirs itself it is definitely for the price, worth it!! I love this machine. I tell everyone. YOU GOTTA TRY IT! if you guys the seller could please point me in the direction to get new bags, I would appreciate that.

Yes, it cleans easy and it makes awesome infused butter. It was like a miracle couldn’t believe all of the herb was gone. Where’d it go? I was just amazed at how awesome my butter turned out I recommend this product.
