  • Make sure to update all your drivers.
The onexplayer is pretty sweet and plays triple A games while sitting on the couch. For those who's never had a gaming computer before, you have to update windows update first then update all the drivers. After that, troubleshoot the buttons to make sure there are no defects. Once that's done everything should be working properly. After booting to windows: 1. Update windows 2. Download Intel driver and support assistant 3. Update drivers with Intel driver and support assistant 4. Update the current graphics drivers at the Intel website 5. Check button functionality with gamepad-tester.com Your all set. The handheld computers like the onexplayer do have some flaws because they are farely new but companies are working to resolve those issues. I recommend the onexplayer because it's a great device for computer gamers who want to game on the go with a smaller form facter than a laptop. ... show more

  • Awesome handheld PC
This is an amazing handheld PC. Initially had an issue with the xbox 360 drivers conflicting with windows, but was able to contact the seller and recive a link to an updated driver set. Response from seller was extremely fast and helpful. Absolutely recommend this. Using windows 10 with touchscreen is weird, but I'm waiting for SteamOS 3.0 to hopefully solve this. If you want a handheld PC experiance, this will get you there. The build quality is exceptional and the display looks great regardless the resolution your playing at. Controls and buttons feel really good. *The included USB c cable is good for charging, but you may want to purchase a longer one if you plan to play while you charge. ... show more

  • Very pleased
In a review to the seller I wrote false advertising.. this is not true. They have simply split the scene in the system. Instead of having a full 1tb you have 2 storage running side by side. I do apologize for writing that. This little machine is so amazing . It truly does it all!!!!

  • Driver issues plague what would have been a great handheld! 1TB is split into two.
I have the AYA NEO 2021 4500U and used the OXP but the intel drivers are bad. Some games like COD BO won't even play and there is frequent crashing on other games such as DIABLO 2R, where there have been no problems for the AYA NEO. OXP should have used AMD. This could have been a great machine. Also for the 1TB, its split into two 512GB...and not 1TB drive... ... show more

  • Broken in 2 days
So I bought this over the steam deck because I thought this would be higher quality then the steam deck but I was totally wrong. The controllers are so cheap after 2 days they broke on me and started creating a drift. Honestly do yourself a favor and order a steam deck. This is not worth $1500 your literally burning money buying garbage. The battery life sucks I keep having to recharge every 30 mins. The screen is the only perk but if it drifts your screwed I’m going to return it and get my money back and get the steam deck or a gaming laptop ... show more

  • 48 hours and the device how 4 buttons that no longer work
I wouldn't recommend purchasing this device. There's no reason why within 48 hours the device has faulty buttons that stick. The solution was to download updated firmware, which didn't work. For the amount of money you spend on a device like this, it should be flawless.
