I have had an iPhone for about 2 years and I was well ready to get back to Android and not have a ton of bloatware. I chose OnePlus for the reputation, and quick charging, and so far this phone has not let me down too much. Charging us fantastic, and the image and video play back has been great, but the camera leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know what it is, but things just don't look right with this camera and I can't seem to adjust in the way that I want, and I am pretty well versed with a DSLR. There is also no sd slot, which is hear breaking, but I got 256gb; let's hope it's enough down the road. Overall, it's been a great phone with great features and yes, I would buy again, but make sure you upgrade to Android 13, cause 12 was bad. also, oxygenOS leaves a lot of be desired. Hopefully they get things fixed down the road, but for now it's just "ok" at best. ... show more

I'm beyond confused concerning the negative reviews around this phone. For the price the OnePlus 10 pro is hands down the best phone at this price point. I've had everything from the 12 pro max, the Xiaomi Mi 11 ultra, the s22 ultra all costing well over the price of this phone and this phone is just as good. The oxygen experience is fantastic. A clean, lightning fast OS. The camera quality is incredible. The Hasselblad tuning of the camera adds a unique life to photos. Facial unlock is blazing fast, fingerprint scanner blows Pixel 6 pro out of the water. 80 watt charger in the box 0-100% in under 30 minutes Case in the box as well?! Samsung WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! TALK ABOUT SMOOTH?! This phone feels buttery smooth. It's heavy in the hands and feels like it's built to withstand war. It doesn't feel as good in the hand as a note 20 ultra but feels better in the hand then the S22 Ultra. All in all I absolutely love this phone and the user experience. I've had it for over 2 years now and it's still going good and I'm able to roughly get a basic days use out of it still. Aside from the overheating issue that tempts me to upgrade it's a good phone.

    • Worked well but couldn't BT issue with my car.
The phone seem to be working great but I couldn't connect to the Bluetooth in my car while my wife's Samsung could connect. The phone connected to every other Bluetooth device but I called OnePlus customer service to try to figure out the issue and they said that it may be related the phone being designated as a China phone which may be causing the issue. Functionally everywhere else it worked I'm currently waiting for an appointment with the dealership to see if it's a Bluetooth issue. Unfortunately I had to return it because I couldn't get an appointment with the dealership before the phone return timeframe. ... show more

Camera does nor have macro. Zoom is a blurry Pic. Take than account. Battery is just normal. It charges very fast. But rains stupidly fast. You charge 100% and use your phone with just one app and it goes to 70% in less than 1 hour... Do not see 5000mAh as if you are going to use your phone for one day straight. If you need so. Take a battery with you. It look like there us literally a leak in the battery... ... show more

The phone was the exact phone I ordered. Everything works. No scratches and was in excellent condition. Wireless charging worked, fast charging worked, no glitches that I can observe.

    • What on Earth is with the dual SIM / No Verizon support situation?
I love this device in terms of build quality, specs, etc. However, there is one major issue - I use dual SIMs. With my OnePlus 8 Pro, I had no problems with this - I use a Verizon SIM and an AT&T SIM and have no problem switching between the two. Now, with the OnePlus 10 Pro, all I can find is the "No CDMA" version, with clear instructions that it will not work in the USA with Verizon / Sprint? Ok, so let's pretend that's fine, and I'm going to drop the dual-SIM and only go with AT&T - but then it also says it will NEVER be certified with AT&T 5G? So not only does this thing not support Verizon, it won't support AT&T 5G? So what network does this thing actually work properly with? T-Mobile only? Can someone explain this to me? ... show more
