I bought three of these. We immediately installed 2 and they are great. We just went to install the 3rd (our renovation was delayed) and the toilet came in without the side holes (see photos - the 2nd and 3rd photos are how it is supposed to be!) The media could not be loaded. Took my plumber 30 mins to fully install with no issues. Flushes fast with just one lever. Looks modern and uses less water than a regular toilet. The lid fit, easy clean as the whole toilet is one piece and no extra accessories needed as the toilet comes all in one with the wax and seal and everything you need to install.
