90W Autofocus arrived DEAD. I've been going back and forth with "Customer Service" where they tell me to do some troubleshooting and record me doing it. So I do it and send them the video. Whereupon they say they will be forwarding my concern to the relevant team. And guess what? That "team" tells me to do more troubleshooting and videography (to prove I'm not lying, I guess). Then they respond and say they will be forwarding my concern to the relevant team. And on and on!!! The merry-g-round is absurd!!! I honestly think they do this to get you out of the return period by keeping you going 'round in circles. I I have a 500 pound paperweight! And OmTech has done nothing to resolve a defective laser tube. Well, except forwarding my emails to "The relevant team". Look elsewhere for a laser - plenty of other choices.
