    • Working for 6 month and broke no real help from Seller.
Size: 70W Laser Engraver
I bought this machine for over 3k as an addition in my CNC Woodworking Shop and in the first couple month it was doing what I bought it for. After 4-5 month the machine started to give me issues and a couple weeks later the Y and X axis stopped moving at all. I contacted Tech Support and this is an experience like pulling Teeth. Very slow to communicate never offer to call to speed things up and have less of an Idea you have and take forever to send out spare parts. I spend money on a new Motherboard and axis controller and after that they finally offered to send out a power supply but they send it to the wrong address. My machine is down since 4 weeks and is not generating money for my business I would give negative stars if that would be an option. If you need something reliable look somewhere else. ... show more
