Problems out of the box. Followed the set up for lightburn and drivers needed. Will not connect in lightburn and when you turn the key for the laser head power all you get is a click and nothing else. Waiting for omtech technical support to call me back. Part2 Omtech did not call back. Watched video on YouTube about downloading a new copy of Lightburn and clicking on galvo lasers when installing new software. Lightburn gave me the correct drivers I needed. Guess the driver on Omtech thumb drive was corrupted. Works now
