There were few minor problems and a major problem. Some of the minor problems include: the top of the pc broken even and really loud buzzing (sounded like the hdd was not mounted right). For the broken part Amazon was kind enough to compensate. The buzzing seems to have resolved once I removed and reseated the hdd (make sure to turn off your pc if your going to do this). Now the major problem... Cooling. It runs quite warm. It cpu has repeatedly got to 90+ in gaming and gpu 85+. This is after adding an extra fan. So that's really disappointing. But for creative stuff such a blender, and office work like excel/word, browsing the internet, the computer is an absolute beast, barely breaks a digital sweat. The PC was great value overall but the best part of my experience was with the customer service team. The PC came with the wrong memory (2 sticks instead of 1) so I couldn't max out the memory with the additional sticks that I had bought. I contacted customer service and let them know what had happened and they immediately shipped me the single stick. They also included two static bags with a return label for me to ship the incorrect memory back.
