I own at last count 18 barbells, maybe more so I know a thing or two about them. I wanted this since its shorter (5') so it takes up very little space and can be used in the house. I got it today and immediately put it to use. I did squats, deadlifts, bent over rows, bicep curls, cleans and overhead presses with it. Since it is way to short to be rackable I could not do bench press with it, but I knew that before buying it. The knurling is nice (medium knurl) and it has a really good spin to it. The bar looks sharp! At this price ($16 after a sale and cash back bonus points on a card) I do not mind scratching it up in a landmine attachment so I will be putting it to use there as well. I own one other bar from this company (7' yellow cerakoate finish 190k tensile strength bar also with the combination of bushings and bearings but less of them) and its a nice bar too but doesn't spin nearly as well as this one. The media could not be loaded. There's a ton of different curl bars on Amazon to choose from but got to say I'm pleased I chose this one. They have a lot of colors to choose from to match whatever your gym theme is or whatever you prefer. Solid bar that does what it needs to do šŸ™Œā¤ļø
