this is a great air conditioner. I have it in my living room and it actually cools my whole apartment apartment is about 1100 ft.². I have one in my bedroom too, but I barely use it. Super easy to install, and it came with everything.

I gave this 5 star based purely on how and what was delivered. Firstly, it came fast, packaging is excellent. AC included a nice frame (optional see photo), which hides the sleeve and includes foam to keep out drafts. It also included and new sleeve grill (for behind the unit, attached to the sleeve itself), it also includes several types of foam 1) to insulate around the gaps between the sleeve and unit, 2) to stick behind frame to keep out drafts 3) several types to firm foam that can be used to level or pitch and secure the unit within the sleeve. Point is it came with just about everything you need to install the unit and make it fit right, limit drafts and even look nice.....their was only one element I didnt like (but can ignore given everything else), the control pad on the unit is beige (lookd slightly yellow) making the control pad look like it aged and turned yellow. If that won't bother you, this unit seems like a very good value. I would buy it again without thinking twice. ... show more

Blows very cold air. It must be positioned perfectly through the wall on an 1/8 of an inch tilt. If not perfectly positioned it will not run as efficiently. A little hard to read the controls. Other than that great unit! I highly recommend if you need a AC that blows cold air!
