I ordered this frame to add more storage in my bedroom, as storage is limited. I see them on Marketplace all the time for sale for about half of what I paid. Buying it from an individual for cheaper, presented no guarantee if something was missing, bent, or It doesnt work out as I hoped! Well it worked out great!! It didn't get put together for several months as I needed someone else to do that for me. All parts were there, every screw and nut. I was so glad I didnt purchase one from a person. I did want to say one thing, which is because of a personal issue Because I have a serious bad back, I flop around like a fish. On a regular mattress /boxspring the mattress would move around a good deal! So my friend modified it just a bit! He got some blocks of wood and attached them onto the four corners of the frame, so the mattress cant slide off the frame, Falling from the 18" frame + 10" of mattress might hurt a bit!! Of course metal pieces instead of wood could be used. I have a bed skirt so the corner pieces aren't visible. It was worth every penny I paid for it! Would definitely recommend this seller/ product! I RECOMMEND 1,000% . This is the best frame I have ever bought. Worth every single penny. Super strong, super durable. This will be your only frame for the rest of your life I would say. Unless you move every year 🤣 I don’t think the screws are meant to be removed occasionally…

    • Does not have corner brackets to hold mattress in place

I was impressed with the sturdiness of the frame and was so disappointed when I put the mattress on it and realized the corner brackets that normally are there to hug the box spring/mattress were not there. The minute I sat on the bed, it slid across the surface. I do not want to deal with that constant sliding so sadly I will disassemble and return. ... show more

This was very easy to assemble and it fit within our existing sleigh bed frame. Eliminating the bedsprings was awesome. It lowered the bed to just the right height. There are no squeaks or shakes at all. Very stable!

Steardy but squeaky as heck once broken in. Other then that not many issues, does slide around easily on wood floor just tossing around through the night. I just put it back in place when I make my bed the next morning.
