These energy probiotic packets are not half bad! You can either add them to your favorite drink or take it like a shot of powder. The flavor is pretty subtle so it’s not terrible either way. These sticks taste good, no aftertaste. You can eat the powder like a candy or mix it in a drink. I mixed it in a drink as I don't care for a mouthful of powder. It mixed pretty well, but required quite a bit of mixing to get the clumps out. This pack was only a 10 day supply so I can't say if it works or not. The packets make it easy to take on the go, as you can keep it in your bag.

These individual powder sticks are a fun and easy way to get a nutritional boost without many unhealthy additives. They are marketed to consume by just pouring them in your mouth. The texture is not incredibly pleasant taken this way. I also tried mixing it with water. It mixes okay but does leave a bit of undissolved sediment.

I've had skin issues all my life and have taken many steps to help the situation and after finding this product I think I may have found a staple in that effort. There is and I hate to leave on a sour note but it is a bit expensive. So, forgo some of the other stuff and make it cheaper on yourself.

It’s a wonderful probiotic from the boxing to the packaging to ultimately the product itself. The contents are top shelf and it’s reflective in all of the work put into it. My knocks on this is the small quantity and the price tag attached. In this case the saying you get what you pay for applies.
