The Olight Warrior S3 is a beautifully designed piece of kit, supper primum and a top pick from many reviewers. The Wurkkos FC12 is a great value for dollar light and compares similarly in output to the Olight WS3. The Wurkkos FC12 is a budget tactical light and as such must make some compromises. Read on and like this review if you found it helpful. Olight Warrior 3S – Premium tactical light ~ $120 (2300 Lumens) High build quality. Extremely bright on turbo. Spot light beam pattern only, very uniform and round. Wonderful user interface (UI). Tail cap has momentary ½ push high, full push turbo. Slick battery level and brightness indicator. Fully customizable selections from very low moonlight to extremely bright 2300 true lumens. Sensor that automatically reduces the light level if the head is in close proximity to something. Pro/Con is debatable around the magnetic charging. I personally like it, super easy to use and works well. Well-designed large pocket clip (reversible) and the light just feels ultra-premium in the hand. Magnetic tail to hold it to metal surfaces (upside-down only, won’t hold it sideways) and tail stands easily. Comes with a nice sheath (much better than average) to carry on the belt or via Molle. Con: Expensive and a little big to everyday carry EDC. Proprietary 21700 5000mAh battery. Wurkkos FC12 ~ $40 (2000 advertised Lumens) Decent build quality, same size as the Olight Warrior 3S. A little skinnier. Uses a standard 3000mAh 18650 rechargeable battery. Very narrow spot light beam pattern, about as bright as the Olight W3S but the spot light is tighter. They both throw the beam very far and about the same distance. The Olight has a nicer more consistent pattern that is more usable in different situations. The FC12 has a good pocket clip and USB-C charging. Simple programmable user interface (UI), battery level indicator is green for >70% charge for 5 sec when you turn it on. I chose the grey color and I really like it, looks more like titanium. Con: Tail switch must be used for on/off and side switch only selects light levels. This is a little clunky but not a deal breaker. The Olight WS3 can use either button. No magnetic tail and difficult to tail stand on the FC12.

This isn’t the first Olight flashlight I purchased and I can promise you it won’t be my last either! This flashlight is incredible in every way, I’ve been carrying this flashlight daily for over a month now and it shows no signs of wear at all, it feels very durable and almost indestructible (not planning on testing that theory), and I’ve only charged once since I’ve gotten it and that’s only because it went down from 4 bars to 3 bars, the battery life on this is out of this world! It’s also extremely bright but offers multiple different light settings in a very intuitive manner, I will say it does take a bit of getting used to when it comes to what the side button and tail switch do as in the moonlight mode, the strobe mode, half and full turbo, and the light sequence pattern, but it also features memory mode and momentary on which I think is really cool! Another note, this flashlight is not as big as Amazon makes it look to be, it’s actually very lightweight and compact for its size making it really easy to carry daily, definitely not a small flashlight but not so big it becomes annoying to carry. One of my favorite things about this specific light by Olight is the reversible pocket clip, I prefer to carry my light tip down and with this light you absolutely can do that! To end off I’m sticking with Olight from now on for all my flashlight needs!

This is the flashlight that I carry every day. It has easy access to ultra-low mode on the side switch and instant access to ultra-high mode on the tailswitch. I can enter either mode in the dark by feel and when wearing gloves. Using the side switch to change modes is simple. The flashlight will tailstand to light up a room. It will not roll off a table. The clip is bi-directional There are very few flashlights work as described above. The interface alone makes this one of the best, if not the best flashlight available for my purposes. I thought I was going to prefer USB-C charging to the custom charging of this light. Why would anyone use anything other than USB-C now? But this is the only flashlight that I charge nightly. Sometimes I need to cover the charger light as it can be bright in a dark room at night. I have never run the battery down on this flashlight since each morning it is fully charged. I now prefer this charging system to a regular USB-C charger. I wish Olight would sell the retractable MCC3 charger with USB-C input. It looks great but is never for sale. It took about 30 minutes of practice with the user interface to get comfortable with it. If you don't want to spend 30 minutes learning an interface or if you don't need immediate access to low and high, you might want to consider a different flashlight. For me, this flashlight replaced a tactical light and a casual use light. It does everything well.

I had this flashlight for two weeks now and finally decided to make a review after using it every day. In the video I added I show from the very lowest setting which is called the “moon” setting to low, medium, high and turbo. So you guys can get a good idea on how it looks at night. It’s important to keep in mind that the turbo mode only works when the battery is fully charged and has all 4 battery charge indicators showing. Anything below that will only go up to the high setting. Anyways, the brightness is super bright. The flashlight is compact and has a hook which allows you hook it to your pants or whatever facing up or down which is great. It has a beam that goes pretty far and gives you more than enough illumination. I even stick it out the window when driving at night and on turbo mode it’s brighter than the headlights of my vehicle. It also is easy to carry and is comfortable enough to have hooked to your pants pocket which is where I carry it and sometimes forget it’s there. Anybody eyeballing this and can’t justify the price, I’ll tell you it’s worth it. You will wish you bought it sooner. I know I did. I hope my video will give people a good idea on what to expect. I tried the Arkfield Pro. I liked the size of it but not as easy to grip as the Warrior. The light is more of a flood light than a beam like the Warrior which I need more of. The Arkfield had the uv and laser which were cool but not practical day to day, plus it’s better we don't see day to day what the uv light can show - yikes. Don’t buy if you have OCD related to cleanliness at all. Warrior is a little bigger but better overall to grip, much more powerful with the beam, better tactically with the bottom on bottom for . For me, this Warrior is better and everything a flashlight should be. Powerful for its size and price is worth it. It's also very well constructed - rugged/tough. The sensor in the end is good for some things and bad for others. If you want to use it through a window, you can’t hold directly up to window otherwise it lowers its intensity. It's still a 9 out of 10 starts flashlight, but 4 or out 5 is closest. Edit: Last thing I don’t like is the end button for the max setting, only seems to work when battery is 75% or more charged, unless I am missing something. Wish you had that option for as long as battery had any charge to it. I’ll still leave it as 4 stars because still worth buying because you could charge every night and not worry about this, but I charge maybe once every couple weeks.

This little light is an absolute beast! It's almost too bright for the purpose I bought it for. It has 3-4 brightness settings and an auto dim for too close reflections. Which comes in very handy for my job. To mount this on my AR would be a premium upgrade.
