This is beyond phenomenal. I had an issue with the first one I ordered being sent with the incorrect item so I reached out to let them know what was happening and after some chatting and photos and clarification they went ahead and overnighted me one and this one was actually in there. This is far nicer than I had even hoped for. This company is absolutely at the TOP of their game! The magnet is beyond helpful, in a wide array of situations. Plus the dual belt clip is amazing, too often in my job do I not have an extra hand or something metal nearby so being able to clip it to the brim of my hat is an absolute game changer. It doesn't ever catch on anything. It's sleek, compact, extremely durable and very comfortable in the pocket. All the buttons have a nice solid click and movement to them. Now the light settings, it has such a wide array of modes that it has something for every job you run across, be it not waking up your spouse while getting ready in the morning or being in the woods and needing a serious flood light, this has it all. Plus my kids absolutely LOVE the UV mode! They will say "party mode, party mode" so I turn lights off and go into the insanely bright UV light and it's loads of fun! So not only is this flashlight extremely practical and functional but it's also very neat and fun for basically everyone who comes into contact with it. Before receiving the Arkfeld Pro I was excited to experience what appeared to be an excellent flashlight. Upon unboxing, my anticipation was confirmed and my EDC has proven, not only how good a flashlight the Arkfeld Pro is, but how important it is to always have a flashlight. OLIGHT took their time to deliberately make a good quality flashlight. I gave as gifts to 3 family members and will be buying a second for myself. Highly suggested. Take Aways: - The magnetic charging mechanics are intuitive and seamless. Easily connecting and immediately seating properly. Though, a USB C connector would be nice, it isn't required due to the battery life. - The selector switch is very intuitive and doesn't easily get moved in pocket. Though it does happen from time to time. - First interaction with changing light settings seemed odd, but once familiar it is quite smooth. Hold for light power cycling, triple tap for super light. It just takes a little experimenting to be smooth with changing light power settings. - The battery life is impressive. I use it daily for short durations on medium and I haven't had to charge for roughly a month. - The UV setting is truly amazing for cleaning. When I first received it, playing around, it forced me to immediately clean my stove top. I also found this setting to be perfect for locating and thoroughly cleaning pet stains on carpet. It causes the accident area to glow a faint neon allowing you to ensure complete cleaning. - The laser is a properly working laser. The light/laser feature is really nice. Though I have not had a need for it practically. If your use case is identifying objects from distance, in low-light situations, this is the tool. The light cast is soft ambience and does not overpower the laser. Providing just enough accessory light to emphasize upon the laser's point. - The belt clip is stout, rigid metal and does not bend easily. It has nice clip pressure for grip retention and seems to be spring steel(?). - The coating and finish seems durable but does take wear from keys, etc. Albeit this only gives it a cool look and makes it appear well aged and overly used. The time frame for this topical wear is delayed and after 3 months of daily carry, with car keys, has only shown minute indentation of aluminum housing. Foot Notes: - I have noticed that the form factor is not intuitive with firearms. If you need a light to work alongside a firearm in a two hand hold, though capable, this light is not ideal. The button location needs to be on the tail and the rectangular form doesn't seat like a cylindrical light does. Turning on the light and transitioning into a two hand hold isn't practical in a threat scenario. But this isn't a negative to the light, but an observation of usage. ... show more

This light is absolutely incredible! I purchased it two months ago, and I've used the heck out of it. I was a bit apprehensive about the price, but gave it a shot. I understood the price point as soon as I opened the box. The build quality is top shelf. I find the brightness of each mode to be perfect. (Obviously, this is subject to each individuals personal preference. But that's my opinion and I'm standing by it.) The fourth mode (turbo) is buh-right! Legit. Awesome. I haven't used the laser enough for an ironclad assessment on distance, but I can attest from my limited use that it projects a substantial ways. If I had to give a rough approximation, the furthest I've tested was probably 400 yards, perhaps 500 or thereabouts. The UV light is great. I don't feel like there's much to talk about here. It's a UV light. Bright and UV lol the magnet is stupendous. The clip is excellent, providing a more-than-sufficient hold while not being too tight or difficult to stow away. Just right. The weight is solid. It isn't overbearing, but I'll say that beefy little thing. If high quality had a weight feel, this would be it. Lastly, the battery. Very good, very impressive. Dare I say exceptional. I have yet to charge it, still running on the full charge out of the box. As it sits currently, I still have half life remaining. Folks, I can't stress this enough... passing on this purchase would be an egregious misfortune. Trust a stranger and get it coming. You will not be disappointed! 10 🌟 ... show more
