Bought for dogs. They are scared of it bc it beeps loudly. The only solution from manufacturer is to take apart and put glue on the beeper to muffle which is impossible once installed. Takes skill and lots of patience to install so removing to disassemble is frustrating. Programming remotes and app is clunky. Only one remote works. App will only allow 1 user to install. The cover for the mechanism doesn’t have a hole for the power cord so you will have to drill. Overall it functions. We would return but are now past the return date. ... show more
