I use these to strain yogurt and cold brew, as well as to line my baskets while making sourdough. They are very fine and strain things perfectly, I get a really nice Greek yogurt after a few hours. I love using them for sourdough as well. The dough doesn't stick to them and it saves me from constantly having to flour my banneton which is amazing. They wash well. I don't put them in the dryer but they dry extremely fast on their own!

I already placed a second order and I will gladly invite anyone that asks me what cheesecloth I prefer - this is the one. I bought several brands to try out and this was hands down the winner. It is just so pleasant to use. I love the hemmed edges and the quality of the cloth. I am using it to cover my large 2.5 gallon kombucha jars that sit in the kitchen and it just looks so nice. It does a great job of filtering the kombucha as I filter it both when I bottle and when I serve it as it does get those strands of yeast - and this really does the job. I am making up a list of supplies for friend that is new to making kombucha and this product will make the list. Thank you for making such a quality product.
