It's a pretty watch, though it is a little bit big on me. I'm going to deal with it because it would cost more in gas and time to take it some place to have a couple of links taken out. It's an automatic watch and it "winds" with your movement. You have to wind it once before you put it on, and it stays wound as you wear it. Love the look of the watch. Heavier then I would have like but was willing to deal with that. Tried to slip it on my wrist and with it fully open could not even get it over my hand. It needed 3-5 more links in the band to fit the average American woman.

This is my second review. Although it’s beautiful and the instructions say to wear it least 8 hours a day, Ive found that 8 hours is not enough. So check your watch against another clock. You may be running late

Bought this watch for my mother for Christmas, she loves it. There is a lot of detail between the ceramic and steel bracelet and the in my case the burgundy dial with the reed, rippling water, and dragonfly motif.
