Bought this watch as a mother's day gift for my wife. She loved it, and since a tool for removing pins came included I decided to give a try since I've done this in the past. Long short story: tool is useless, pins are weird and impossible to push them out, I barely removed one link from one side, it took me hours. The next day I tried again but the stupid pins won't come out, even with the tool going all the way in. I never came across to such terrible pins, the aren't round, they are like one piece of metal bent in half, then shoved in the holes to connect the links. From the beginning they looked like flat screwdriver heads, but tiny, but they weren't. It is impossible to resize this watch. I'll be returning it. This is a very pretty watch. It is somewhat heavy. The only thing I do not like about it is, it has a very cheap clasp on it. I’m afraid it will fall off. If you’re going to make a beautiful watch like this, why not make the clasp match the rest of the product. You can do better with this!!!
