The watch is beautiful and I am keeping it but very little instructions and I thought I was ordering a self winding as in movement winds it but this is you have to pull out the button and wind it yourself which is okay but not what I thought I was ordering so the description was not very clear but I am keeping it it is very pretty ... show more

This watch is VERY, very complicated with many dos and don'ts within certain very short time periods, impossible for a 78 year old woman to figure out and remember. ALSO, it said I could order more links for my larger wrist, but nowhere could I find guidance to customer service. When I finally did find customer service, I could NOT find links that matched my band!!!! Altogether a very difficult and disappointing experience. I tried, I really tried. Altogether impossible.
