    • OLEVS Makes Yet Another Great Watch

At this point, it’s hard to say anything about this OLEVS watch that I haven’t already said about their other models. It’s reliable, looks great, keeps time beautifully, and comes in at a very reasonable price. The silver finish and large face give it a classic, versatile look that works just as well for everyday wear as it does for more dressed up occasions. It does all of that while also maintaining being easy to read, too. The face, dials, date, all readable with no issues. Like the other OLEVS watches I own, this one has been accurate right out of the box, with the day and date functions rolling over properly and consistently. The stainless steel band feels sturdy and comfortable, and the overall build gives it a much more premium feel than the price would suggest. OLEVS continues to be a brand that delivers dependable, good looking watches without breaking the bank, and this model fits right in with that reputation. Let me start by saying that this is a very nice looking watch. It feels substantial, perhaps a bit too heavy, depending on what you're used to. The watch comes tightly shrink wrapped and takes several minutes to tear and cut it off. Not sure that this enhances protection, since the box it's in takes care of that. It also has the effect of making the watch seem cheap. Who shrink wraps a watch? Just not necessary. On to the process of removing links from the band. Pretty easy process and a nice tool is provided. My issue with this type of band is that you have to be a little lucky to get a perfect fit. And you need to remove the same amount of links from each side so the clasp stays centered on your wrist. So, you have the chance of it either being a bit loose or a bit tight. So a little trial and error is needed. I haven't had a chance to check the water resistance and and I would always advise testing that before actually needing it, although this doesn't seem like the type of watch that you would take swimming or diving but it's nice to know you won't have trouble with rain. All in all, it's worth a try, and if you get it to fit properly, it's a nice looking time piece. ... show more

This would make a great watch for any man. Young or old, just starting to wear watches or one that needs a clear dial. The black quartz against the silver is very elegant giving it luxury feel. This is a great watch for daily wear that can coordinate well with most looks/outfits. It’s got a nice a weight to it. My toddler played with it a little and it held up, so I’d say it’s got good durability. It comes with tools to adjust the band size. It looks exactly as pictured. The metal is smooth and cool.
