Beautiful watch but battery was dead upon receipt. None of the buttons to change date or day worked and with dead battery changing time was illogical. At 77 I have been in the hospital mostly for 3 weeks and couldn't get to location to return watch so now I have a watch that is correct only 2 times each day. ... show more

UPDATE: After posting my review, the seller reached out to offer a refund to remedy the situation. This was much appreciated since we did end up taking the watch to a local watchmaker, who was able to secure the band (for a fee, of course). I would give the vendor 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for reaching out to make things right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The watch is beautiful, but there seems to be a manufacturing defect where the band attaches on one side. The first time it was worn, the band just fell off (thankfully the pin didn't shoot across the room and was retrieved) thinking it might have been the pin or an issue with the band itself, I ordered a custom leather band with integrated pins. Nothing we do can secure the pin in the watch housing. It's a shame to have such a lovely watch that you can't wear. ... show more
