Well, it was soft and not wet. It was also not naked. Naked things are sometimes wet. I don’t like to be wet, do you? I prefer being dry, particularly when going to bed. So, I saw fit to purchase a dry bed.

Full size. Got this for my 10 year old and we have it on a bottom bunk, slatted platform. He rocks and moves a lot and its seems deep and comfortable. I'm not petite, so I expected it to feel thin or shallow. I've been pleasantly surprised, that even when I'm standing on it to reach the top bunk, it feels thick and supportive. No weird smell after the initial packaging. The only downside is the cover is a bit loose, but it doesn't affect the fit of mattress pad or sheets, so it's just aesthetic. No comment yet on the durability since it's still new, but so far it's a really nice value for the money. ... show more

I bought two of these mattresses for our children to use on bunkbeds in our camper. These worked out great, they grew to the full 7 inches within 24 hours. Some of the corners didn’t grow quite as well didn’t really matter for what we wanted. The bunkbeds in the camper are slightly narrower than a standard full size mattress, these worked well it was easy to remove the zip off cover. We did have to cut the inner cover and then we simply used a large bread knife and trimmed the mattresses down to the shape and size we needed. My husband and I did this it only took a few minutes and then we zipped the covers back on.
