Recently found it was time to update our 10yo daughter's mattress. She was coming from a 6-inch eurotop mattress and we found she needed the extra support. This isn't our first bed in a box and not our first mattress from Olee. So far we have been quite pleased with the mattress. First, for the price, it can't be beat. We received the mattress in 2-days and opened it up in our spare room to let the mattress expand. It states to let expand for 48-72 hours, but this thing was fully expanded in about 36 hours time. No divots, bumps, or areas of less expansion...it expanded fully from corner to corner with no issues. We decided to let it do it's thing for a full 72 hours just to be safe. There was an initial off-gassing smell when opening it, but not terrible. We sprayed it down with Febreze to offset that and had no issues with the smell after the first day. Like I said, set it up after 72 hours and so far, after about 2-3 weeks of use, my daughter is loving it. It's about a medium-firm with the foam offering enough support with good bounce-back for my daughter. The edges are solid and don't feel rounded like some other mattresses where it feels like you can roll off if you're too close to the edge of the bed. I decided to test it out and slept on it one night (adult male, 5'10, 200lbs). For reference, I bought this in full size and it sits atop a standard box spring foundation. I felt it offered pretty good support. It cradled my body well and I didn't feel like it got too warm like some memory foam mattresses. I'm a back/side sleeper and had no issues with shoulder/neck/back pain the next day. Would not recommend for stomach sleepers as it wasn't comfortable trying to lay in that position for extended periods. Here are my ratings for this mattress: Comfort: 7.5/10 Pain Relief: 7.5/10 (for side/back sleepers) Temperature: 8.5/10 Durability: 8/10 Is it the best mattress out there, no. However, I feel it is the best sub-$200 mattress out there if you're looking for 100% memory foam/gel. Not sure how well this would hold up with a couple sleeping on it, so this is simply from a one-person perspective. It's a great mattress for a spare room or teenage kid/young adult. I would say with normal use, I can easily expect to get 4-5 years out of this mattress. Would certainly recommend this mattress and for the price....nothing comes close to beating it.

Getting the complaint out of the way, there is definitely an unpleasant odor from the mattress after opening it. It is going away but a week and some days later if I put my face to the mattress I can still smell it faintly. It is more firm than plush, but not hard. Great for a toddler/small kid. I find it very comfortable and I sleep on a much more plush mattress. My daughter sleeps well on it. It expanded to a usable size in a few hours and continued to expand for a few days. Overall I am happy with the purchase but would feel better about the product if it didn't come with such an odor.

I was afraid this would be a gamble. With the price and some reviews. But this was a great purchase. I bought this for my daughter but it was able to hold my weight just fine. There was no sinking into the bed or anything. Pros: *Comfort-This is so soft to lye down on and yet you don't sink into the mattress which would make it uncomfortable. If feels like it cradles your body and at 10" I was worried it was not thick enough but I was wrong. It was a perfect size. The full size is perfect for a teenager but it was a good fit for me (an adult) as well. I love it and want one for myself now. My spring mattress is hard now in comparison to this soft foam mattress. I was thinking about a hybrid since I was afraid this wouldn't have enough support but this had a mix of support for your back and a cradling so side sleepers (like me) don't feel pain on their hips. The quality it is amazing and the price is unbeatable. I did find others that were a bit cheaper but I wanted to pay a bit more for this one since it had better reviews. **Pat on the back. I did good,lol. *Soft-The material is soft and by this I mean the cover. I have yet to be able to remove it but will be wearing gloves when I do (as others have said it has fiberglass since it is flame retardant). It is used with sheets but the designs are not felt beneath it or anything. *Filled out-I left it the 72 hours as it suggested to fully fill out before she used it but it actually mostly filled out instantly. It did have a weird smell that I couldn't put my finger on but it wasn't strong. I want to say chemical smell maybe the foam or foam glue they use but I was literally face to mattress smelling it (as another reviewer did the same and smelled nothing) my nose it sensitive and I did smell something luckly it went away by the end of the day while waiting for it to puff out. So I am not going to remove stars but you should be aware. It doesn't smell like anything now and there was a corner that did completely fill out until the second day. It kind of dipped downward and I thought I would stay like that but it fixed itself. So I would say (if you can) leave it the 3 days. It actually took a pounding as I left it in the living room to air out (against a couch) and my kids decided to use it to lye on and try and roll down (inbetween my scolding I thought it would bend it too much). It actually didn't bend or anything and held their weight. I was pleasantly surprised. Weight-This thing is heavy. I had to drag the box inside and when opened I found a Grey material that was wrapped around it protecting it I believe. Once I opened it was hard to carry but it is a good thing to me as it meant it was made of quality material. Cons: *can't reach the zipper-So there is a tiny pencil sized pocket that holds the zipper and I couldn't pull it out. I was waiting to be sure there was nothing wrong with it (just in case I had to return it if it didn't puff out or something) but now that I know I will keep it looks like I am going to have to cut the pocket open to reach the zipper. Not sure why that design was made but it is something to note. Conclusion: *I love it and I am afraid of making g purchases for large items just in case I have to return it. The hassle is a lot for something so large but this was a great purchase. It will hold my 200+ weight and not sink in but still cradle me. My tiny daughter (whom I bought it for) loves it just as much because it is not "too soft" which is what we were afraid of from a foam mattress. Problems with shipping lead to using it alone until the frame arrives. However, it is awesome just as it is as the bottom of the foam seems to be strong enough to support your weight and spinal alignment. I will update my review when used with the frame. This mattress was a great purchase and we will be ordereding two more (of different sizes) in the future.

I slept on this mattress for the first time and slept like a rock. This mattress has a little firm and just the right softness as well. I weight 280 and this mattress held my weight perfectly. I was so impressed that I bought a second twin and full size. If needed the King this mattress would have been my choice as well. Great quality mattress and even greater price. Oh and wait... The packing is so convenient and smart. Do not think, because of the way its package you wasted money. Oh no, it's quite the opposite. You are being convenienced even in packaging. Thank you for the best product ever.
