The other reviews are pretty spot on. This rug is indeed thin and slippery. I personally don't like walking on it barefooted. But it's also fluffy and soft. It also looks good. My dog loves it. She likes laying on it, even with the heat wave. She likes digging in the rug too but i havent seen any of the fur coming out yet so its actually surprisingly durable! The rug was only $10 for a 4x6 on prime day and at this price point, it is definitely worth it.

Beautiful rug. The Burgundy is more of a raspberry berry colored burgundy which is what I wanted and hoped for but it's not a true burgundy. It's absolutely beautiful very soft but the pile is not thick at all. When you step on it or walk on it it leaves a shiny spot because the pile is thin. I'm keeping it because I love the color and the price was great and I have two cats that are going to wallow in it 😀I love the fact I can run it through the washing machine and dryer when needed. Would have given it five stars if the pile was a little thicker. I love it tho

Got this rug for my teens room. She is obsessed with it. Lays flat and looks perfect. There’s no wrinkles or smell at all. The material is so soft and it feels durable. I haven’t had to wash yet. But fits her room perfectly

So they did not lie about that ultra SOFT top layer. It is sooo soft. However the fur is thinned out like an old man's hair. It is a good size and color. But oh the LIE. That "thick" bottom layer is paper thin. And doesn't not stick at all it slides around so easy. I will give it a few days to see if fluffs up anymore since it was vacuum sealed but that is why I was disappointed and removed 2 stars. I used this for a reading are for my kids and thought they would be able to lay comfortably on it since the bottom was supposed to be thick and not sliding. It is also wrinkled and creases in some places again hopefully gets better with oxygen. OOOOH beware the smell is so bad out of the bag. I had to immediately spray it down and air it out.
