Update: superb customer service. My first case began go warp a bit and when I contacted the seller they promptly and courteously committed to sending me a new one. No issues thus far with the replacement. Very pleased and impressed by the sellers commitment to its customers. Speaks wonders. Oh man, it grieves me to give this product anything other than 5 stars. It’s beautiful, well constructed, and inconspicuous. I’ve received so many compliments and even more double takes. I enjoy the unassuming and understated nature of the case. It’s a wonderful marriage of old school and new school. Reminds me of my grade school years. BUT, I think they built it a little too well. The case hugs the iPad so tightly that it lifts the corners of my screen protector. I tried replacing the screen protector thinking perhaps it was due to my shoddy installation but, alas, it is indeed the case. I refuse to not use the case — I just love it too much — that I’ve conceded to putting up with the air bubbles and lifted corners. (If anyone has a suggestion as to a screen protector that works optimally with the case, kindly let me know!) But If you don’t use a screen protector don’t worry about it. Buy with complete confidence.

I just replaced thus iPad cover with the same one because it has done such a great job! Original is from Sep 2020 on the left and the new one is on the right. It has held up great, the new version is a little sturdier. I have gotten lots of comments, especially when I carry it like a notebook and then open it as a tablet. The table stand mode is perfect for setting it up to view video tutorials or when on video calls. It has protected my iPad for nearly 4 years and I have no doubt the new will do the same.

I loved the look of this case and immediately bought it without even reading reviews, which I admit that I never do. I'm actually very impressed with how quickly it came in the mail (less than 3 days with regular shipping), and how well it looks!! It doesn't feel or look cheaply made, has the perfect amount of protection for me (I am not rough with my electronics or carry them everywhere, just need it for business purposes once in a while), and fits my apple pencil perfectly. The front cover also folds into a triangle to sit your iPad upright, which is a plus for when I am drawing or watching a webinar. I am VERY impressed.

I love my case and is better than I expected. It is made very well. I like that it is not bulky, but still feels like it will protect against the rare bump. I have used the stand mechanism and it seems to work well. I do not travel much with my iPad nor do I take it outside. I have it for drawing at a table and around the house. This case is perfect for my use. However, if I needed to travel with it a lot or use it outside, I would look for a tougher case because I would worry that the flap would get beat up. Now the tricky part with this case is finding the right screen protector. I tried a QHOQH protector, but that one would peel up at the corners like in the case of other reviews. However, I tried the ESR (2-Pack) Screen Protector for iPad Pro 12.9 2020 and that fit perfectly! It is not matte, but I was thinking of buying that film to go over the glass.

Okay, so I want to start this review by saying that I have always wanted a composition notebook case. I just love them. Well, I finally purchased a new iPad and decided to go ahead and get one. It’s incredibly stylish and protects the iPad well. My only concern is that if you have a screen protecter on your iPad, this case will push up the corners. Even if the screen protected is placed correct. When I first put on the case, my screen protector was too far up so it pushed the entire top part off. So I took it off and put the screen protector back on while the case was on. It still pushes the corners up but not enough to lift the screen protector. Just enough to annoy me that there’s visible bubbles at the corners. It’s still cute but this is kind of annoying. I have the new iPad Pro 12.9”.

I was looking for a discrete cover. Something that doesn’t scream “come steal my obscenely expensive tablet!” I’ve scoured reviews (prob just like what you’re doing now) for other composition book style covers. And found some common complaints like “Apple Pencil won’t fit with a sleeve on it” or “the cover pushes up the screen protector in the corners” or “the case doesn’t fit at the top/bottom”. This case fits so well. I have 2020 12.9” iPad Pro (MXAT2LL/A). There were no issues getting the case on. The Apple pencil2 fits in the holder and charges with the sleeve on. And it looks like a true composition book. I’ve seen other covers that have the iPad case maker brand name on the “Composition Book” label -not what I was looking for. This is totally plain. The outside has a texture and is a little shiny/slick unlike the silicone or leather type covers. And just like real composition books the back side has the same pattern. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I absolutely love this case! At first glance it looks like an actual composition book and I loved that. It’s very sturdy; I dropped my iPad once with this case on top of wood flooring and it’s still holding up! The only down side I found to this was that my Apple Pencil wouldn’t fit with a sleeve on the inside. When I want to charge it, I have to take off the sleeve. I don’t have a problem with that, but if you do I would suggest looking for a different design. If you don’t use a sleeve on your pencil or are willing to take off your sleeve every time you want to charge it, I would recommend this!

I love this case! I have actually been confused if it was notebook or not. 😂 Great quality! The outside is nicely textured so it helps you keep a good grip. The inside of the flap is nice and soft too. I I was worried it wouldn't be sturdy enough because I'm so scared to bend my new ipad, but it fit perfectly, seems easy to remove, and didn't lift my matte screen protector. I bought a case/sleeve for my apple pencil and it fit tightly, but it's possible to put it in the slot for it. It will protrude a bit from the case though.
