The only flaw in this whole system is one of the pieces is really heavy and if the delivery driver isn't careful, it will crack. This happened to me and it could have been a very bad situation, but the seller was willing to work with me and we resolved it completely. I can't say enough about how great the seller was when we found this problem. This is a great piece and it looks beautiful. It was easy to assemble, the holes lined up, and the fit was beautiful. Just be aware of the weight of the one piece and delivery people who are in a rush.

The media could not be loaded. It’s really nice and heavy duty and works perfectly! Took about an hour and 1/2 to 2 hours to assemble. All parts were there and package and shipping was well done! I would definitely recommend buying this if it’s what you have your eye on. FYI it gets shipped in two different packages so one may show up a day later but all in all worth it!

Beautiful piece of furniture! The side lights only come on with the fireplace. Cannot run the side lights separately without fire. Also a lot of pieces to put together. Overall beautiful! I’m happy with it!

I don’t normally write reviews, but on this particular case is product definitely needs a very positive review. I was impressed by the quality of the product and it truly is a piece of furniture when you’re done. Putting it together took about four or five hours, but everything was there and everything lined up perfectly. There was no hassle at all. You cannot go wrong with this product. You just have to take your time and follow the instructions. Which are very easy to read and understand. Highly recommend this product.

I’ve shared a couple of photos with this review. And as I’ve said in the review headline.. I liked this product so much I bought a second one, which was for my mother. To be clear: this is engineered material and not real wood. If you want real wood you’ll pay a lot more. But for my purpose the look, form, and style and the price of this piece is exactly what I had hoped. I am using it for a small “theater room” and really enjoy the ambiance it adds. And while I don’t necessarily need the added heat—yeah, the heat filled the room on a couple of occasions. And regarding real wood or not .. on a daily basis you will not tell the difference. Technology in materials is really impressive. I also read some of the reviews talking about how complicated, or how many parts, it is to assemble. There’s some truth about this. But consider that it’s the price of a piece that has a special form, and has extra support and connectors. It’s a very solid assembled piece. And I would consider the assembly instructions very well written, such that on my second assembly I probably cut the time by half. So, in summary, I’ve really enjoyed this purchase — as has my mother — and to this point in my ownership I am extremely pleased with the purchase and highly commend this piece to others!
