This happened to me and it could have been a very bad situation, but the seller was willing to work with me and we resolved it completely. I have it in my bedroom and it’s a perfect height and length for watching a big-screen tv from bed. Amazing! Packaged extremely well. Good instructions. One of the coolest things I've bought in a while. Worth the money, you won't regret it. Only gripe is the knockouts for the LED plugs on the back of the fireplace insert need to be larger! I had difficulty plugging in the LED pigtails because the plugs didn't line up particularly well with the knockouts. Otherwise this thing is perfect! ... show more

Happy with the finished product. Assembly was quite the task. Before you start lay out all the parts. You will need more wood glue the small tube they provide was not near enough. Minimum of 4-6 hours to put together. Some of the holes were off. Be ready to modify some parts in order to make it square up. It is completely quiet when using just the flame option. I like it enough to buy a second one for the master bedroom. But I will pay some to put that one together and save myself the headache. ... show more
