When it's chilly, the heat function can easily be turned on to take the chill off and it really provides a lot of heat. The remote control is easy to use and makes it convenient, so you don't have to get off the couch when you need to change it, turn on/off heat, or turn the whole things on/off. There is minimal noise when you have the heat function on, it's the perfect size for our space, and we love it. The functionality is great, as well as being able to store and hide stuff in the top compartment, and putting it together didn't take that long. Maybe an hour, tops. Ordered the antique brushed white color. Assembly was a A bit tedious and time consuming. Instructions could have been a little clearer, but overall the product is beautiful and well worth it. It is solid. Color is nice. Flame effect fairly realistic. Happy with this purchase.

I’m really impressed with the build quality of this product. All of the materials feel solid and well made, and once assembled it feels sturdy and durable, not flimsy at all. Nothing arrived damaged, and all the parts fit together the way they should. The assembly instructions deserve special mention. They’re clear, well organized, and easy to follow step by step. That said, be prepared to spend some time putting it together. It comes in a lot of individual pieces, so assembly isn’t quick. It took me a few hours to complete, but the process itself was straightforward thanks to the good instructions. Overall, this is a high-quality product that’s clearly designed with care. Very nice piece of furniture! Comes in two separate boxes. Fireplace shipped separately than wooden surrounding. Heavy boxes due to quality parts shipped. Took some time to assemble it but outcome is worth every bit of it. Might need to use a little extra glue but overall Great Quality and functional with heater options and 3 choices of fire colors. While it is a beautiful piece, the lack of instructions is atrocious. The assembly booklet skipped from page 2 to 11, and then totally skipped over how to put together the drawers and doors at the end. We tried to contact the company and Amazon for help and got nothing. Suggest that before you open and get everything out you check and make sure you have all the instructions. ... show more
