I have always had a fireplace in every house I have lived in. Fast forward to this house; no fireplace. I live in a place where no natural gas is permitted so electric baseboard heat is the norm or propane. I wanted something that looked amazing & also could double as a heat source. This product delivers on both. It is very well constructed, the color is gorgeous & exactly what I wanted & the flames are so pretty. The capacity to change color & flame "speed" is an added bonus. This fireplace was delivered in 2 very heavy boxes. It was very well packed. The directions are all pictures so if you need written directions it will be a little more difficult. This took about 3 hours to put together but well worth the time. The cupboards also light up & when I put some keepsake things in there, I know they will look really pretty. Overall I am so pleased with this purchase & would recommend it to anyone.

At first we were sent half of the wrong color and we were super upset but the company quickly resolved our issue and sent us the correct color. Which we were so thankful for. The shipping was relatively fast!! Which was another bonus. This took my husband about 3 hours to make. There were a ton of pieces but directions were pretty straight forward. We also received no damaged pieces that we know of which was another bonus because I know others had that issue. This piece is so gorgeous. The heater blows out nicely and warms up a room. The ambience is breathtaking too. Obviously it's not real wood but it is solid and heavy and worth it to us!! Our only complaint is that the drawers wouldn't soft close. They are actually super hard to close so soemthing is going on with those. Hopefully my husband can fix those.

Really like the finished product. There are tons of parts, and a lot of screw/connectors. Instructions are drawing only, no words. This means you really need to concentrate and assemble it step by step. Done correctly it comes out really great. It is heavy so assemble it near your final location, you don't want to pick this up once assembled. The down sides, get some extra wood glue, what they put in the box really is a tiny amount, you should have more. My only other thought, the logs could be a bit bigger, the coals and flames look good. The remote works but again no words...overall, very good quality with nice appearance and storage.

This entertainment center is absolutely Beautiful. The Fireplace is soo realistic. I bought the antique white and the color is perfect. My friend and I put it together. It took us awhile but it was worth it. The directions were very good everything was marked by number. I already used the heat and it warms up the area quickly. I also love the color changing fireplace. And that it’s 3D. The price was great. We will enjoy this for many years to come. It’s very sturdy and I have a 65 inch tv on it. Don’t hesitate to buy it . It’s well worth the money.

Fireplace tv stand is really pretty and for the most part good quality. I did have an issue with the top piece being damaged during production. I contacted the seller/customer service and they were very helpful. They quickly came up with a solution to make both parties happy. Heat output is good (comes through a little vent above glass, not the glass itself). The vent does get hot so be careful if you have pets or kids who may want to stick their fingers near it! Quite a few speeds of flame are available and also 4 lighting options including one where it will change between the 3 flame and cabinet colors. Also good to note that if you Connect the cabinet lights you will not be able to have just the fireplace lit. Be prepared to take a considerable amount of time to put this together. It took my husband around 3 1/2 hours to put together, although he did take his time and had to adjust some pieces during building it. I saw some reviews stating it took 6 + hours with two people and but that was not the case with us. All the pieces are nicely numbered so suggest that you put all the numbered pieces in order to save yourself time in the long run from making a mistake. All in all as of now I would buy again. If you have any issues I highly recommend reaching out to customer service since they are very helpful and pretty quick to answer. Have only had it about two weeks now so we will see!

Love this fireplace so much! It was exactly what I have been searching for. The flames look very nice, with different colors and speeds to choose from (no fire crackling sound though). Also, there are matching lighting on the glass shelves on each side. It creates such a beautiful ambiance. The drawers as well as the doors are all easy open and close, which I also love. The color and design make this so beautiful. Took a little bit of time to put together alone, but it was pretty easy. Very good quality. The heating option works well and isn't too loud. I'm so glad I found this piece, really changes the look and feel of a space. So cozy and welcoming.

The media could not be loaded. I thought I was crazy spending $700 for this on Amazon. Did ton of research and this seemed like the best quality, size an appearance. It came in two boxes. One of the boxes has a smashed corner. When I opened it the 3 main pieces all had their corners broken off. It was ruined and I was so upset. I wrote customer service, they asked me for pictures of the damage. They sent me replacement parts within 3 days at no extra cost. The piece is put together and it has far exceeded my expiations. It's absolutely beautiful! The flames are very realistic, and the wood has absolutely no flaws. Be warned, however, I am an experienced craftsman and this still took me 6 hours to put together. I think it has over 70 pieces, in 3 large boxes, with bout 12 bags of hardware, the wood is not power-tool friendly either. Worth every penny, and every minute!
