This is a beautiful and very well made piece of furniture. The fireplace is so pretty and realistic. I ordered the reclaimed barn wood and the finish is beautiful. Yes it does take awhile to put together and the directions are just pictures but the finished product is well worth the effort. We did have some damage during shipping but their customer service was right on it and took care of the problem.

Esthetically, this fireplace/TV stand is such a warm & inviting focal point in our family room. Not to mention the extra storage space in the drawers and glass cabinets. I put this cabinet together by myself (I'm a 63 yr. old woman) admittedly it took me all day and a couple of hours into the next morning because I took my time at it and it has many parts and 40 steps (41 if you use the wall anchors) but it is worth the time and effort. I'm writing this review after enjoying this new addition to the family room after two weeks of use. It's been cold and we have been running the heater a good deal of the time. It does an outstanding job keeping us warm & comfortable. The fire logs look 3D and very authentic when you turn it on and the cabinet lighting is really pretty. The finish color works really well with the rest of the room. The glass doors are self closing and the drawers have nice glides. This company does a wonderful job packing it, the assembly instructions are excellent and they give you all the parts plus extra ! I pulled my truck out of the garage and layer out a couple of drop clothes to lay out all the parts to do the assembly which made it easier to do and find each numbered piece. I recommend this wonderful piece. I personally don't have any complaints about it other than it does take time and space to assemble it.

This is a quality furniture piece. I'm not gonna lie, it was a 3 hour assembly task for me, but it was worth it. The materials are very good quality and there was only one issue with the engineering (I'll get into that later). All the holes lined up perfectly, there were no missing parts, the packaging was stellar (I'll add more later), the shipping was fast, seller response was quick and accurate.... we're just super pleased with it and it looks great. Pros: * The fireplace is stylish. I love the extended glass front, it looks great. * The fireplace is very solid. * Tight fits, base fasteners are long and it is very strong and sturdy. * Hinges and drawers are sturdy with no wobble or flex. * Heater and lights work great and look amazing. Cons: * FedEx delivered it with lots of outer carton damage. We immediately contacted seller who advised us to open the package to inspect and identify damage and they would replace. They also said the packaging was designed to protect the items and even though one entire corner was crushed, only one piece was cracked (item #32) and it did not need to be replaced. *On the right side of Item #2 there should have been a slot to receive the back panel Item #33, which was not there. This affected the bottom base Item #3 from being properly attached in step 18. After we identified the issue, we removed the back panel #33 and sanded it down so that the base Item #3 could be flush. No big deal, but some people may not have the ability to make modifications and this could be a significant problem when attaching the base. We love the fireplace, it looks awesome in our room and would recommend it for sure.

This consol is outstanding, much better than expected. Looks very expensive, fireplace adds to the room. Comes in many pieces, but don't let that scare you. I purchased this for my granddaughter, she was moving into her first apartment. We put it together, it took about 4 hours. It will take 2 people to put together. Pieces are numbered, we just laid them out in order. The fireplace is already assembled you just have to slip it in consol. It looks better than any at Costco and the local furniture store and much cheaper.

This wonderful fireplace cabinet is made of good materials with solid hardware. Lighting is gorgeous, although would be nice to be able to switch off the side cabinet lights. The fireplace is esthetically pleasing and the glass almost gives an aquarium look. Major caveat: prepare to devote the better part of a day to assemble this. There are 41 steps to assemble hundreds of parts. The instruction book drawings were nicely done and clear, so easy to follow. Some of the fasteners were easier than others. The little Allen wrench was rough on the hands, not big enough for good torque. The book says do not use electric tools but to do so would have caused hours' more work, just need to be careful and not overtighten or strip the bolts/screws. I only had two glitches in assembling: 1) the plug-ins on the back of the fireplace unit for the two cabinet light strips were difficult to seat, as the ports were covered somewhat by the back metal cover; and 2) the drawer slides were difficult to get to seat properly. I actually semi-broke one trying to get one of the drawers in, but managed to resurrect the damaged part and get the drawer working fine. Just be very careful inserting the drawers into these slides.
