I often drink a protein shake daily because I don't get enough protein and calcium in my diet. I was intrigued that Oikos put out a protein shake. I often buy their yogurt because they have a high protein version that also boosts my calcium intake along helping with gut health. These protein shakes offer these same benefits, so I decided to give them a try. I absolutely hate the powered protein shakes, and it's hard to find a ready to drink protein shake that is reasonable priced, tastes good, and meets my nutritional needs. I am a fan of the taste and texture of the vanilla version of these Oikos protein shakes. These tastes much like a vanilla shake. The consistency is not too thick, not watery or chalky. I do prefer them cold, but they taste fine at room temperature. I have ordered the Strawberry version to give it a try; I'll provide a review after I try the Strawberry. I am very pleased with the quality, taste, and price. It also helps me easily meet my several nutritional needs with just one shake. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Only protein shake I like

I just these as the base in my ninja creami ice creams I make at home (along with the oikos yogurt). It’s the only protein shake that has a good consistency and flavor, without tasting like straight up ultra processed chemicals. Please drink it cold though, it does taste off room temp. But I can’t get enough of it in my homemade ice creams!
