I got the 15x15 heat press not really knowing what size I would need. The 12x15 would've been sufficient as well after using this one, however I am happy with the bigger surface heat press. At first, I was a little confused on how to put the whole thing together. The instruction booklet was only minimally helpful but the big chunk of the machine is already put together. It's more of attaching the display unit on it. There are picture visuals of how to install the other attachments as well. When first turning on the machine and testing out how to set everything (temperature, time), it was all straight forward. I did hear this constant clicking sound once the machine reached it's final temperature. I didn't think that was normal so I reached out directly to the supplier by email. I even sent them a short video clip of what I was experiencing and they assured me everything was fine and functioning normally and also the clicking sound does stop while you're actively pressing and using the timer. The return response from my email was less than half a day as well, so I was really happy that customer service was responsive. I had a project coming up for customized tshirts, about 30 total and was pretty stoked to put this to use. Of course with any new machine/tool, there will be some trial and error with the proper temperature, pressure and time. The booklet gave higher recommendations from what I'm used to, I want to say it was around 338 F for 25-30 sec. That was way too high in temp for me and also the vinyl I used definitely didn't need that time frame to heat press properly. If this helps anyone, I was heat pressing on a Bella+Canvas shirt for 275 F at about 10-15 seconds and it worked perfectly. I didn't think I would like it, but I do now like the top frame rotating swivel function. I'm more used to the clam shell type system, but this rotating frame is growing on me. This set also came with a fabric teflon sheet to place in between the heat press and shirt which came in handy too, but I had my own as well that I also placed underneath my shirt. Hope this helps anyone considering a new heat press!

I've had my heat press for 8 months and wanted to wait to give an honest review. So far I haven't had any issues with this heat press. It was very affordable, it is durable and has a very good weight to it. I would recommend this to someone on a budget looking to press different mediums. I haven't used any of the attachments, just pressing t-shirts. Purchased this one with attachments just in case I want to expand what I make in the future.

Product was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Easy to use and a great value for the money since Cricut heat press was nearly triple the cost. I have not used the mug feature just the t-shirt press for our 2 businesses but it's very simple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the pads that sit on bottom of the press are not anchored down and they move often (a minor annoyance) and the timer is a pain to use so I just use my phone. It heats up quickly and moves easily. I would highly recommend this product!

I originally was skeptical as the first machine I recived was semi damaged but worked. After a month it broke on me and there was no way to fix it. I emailed the company and they tried to help me fix it and then sent me a new one when we couldn't fix it right away and told me to keep the old one and accessories as back ups. Definitely recommend as they keep their word on the year warranty. I do also really like how the press works and am so am happy to get to keep using this brand. Would definitely buy another!

This heat press machine works just as advertised. Variable temperatures and pressure settings makes this easy to operate. We have made shirts, cups and hats. I have used it with my 13 year old and we have a lot of fun with it.

We do numbers for basketball teams from an older-guys league. Our usage is quite small and the notion of spending $2,500 for a heat press machine made no sense. I purchased this one, primarily due to price. It works great and I am extremely pleased.

I have had this machine for a few months now so feel confident in writing a review. The down side is that it is very bulky and if not bolted down, it can fall off. This happened to me once. Nothing broke but did scare me as this is quite heavy. It gets very hot so should be so should not be left unattended. The positives are that it works very well. All in all I am very happy with the machine. I have not used any of the attachments so will not comment on those.
