Because I focused the "back support" aspect of this, I was disappointed in the band. This band wrapped around me one and a half around and I felt no support for my back. I think this is more for those who want to lose weight and train in the gym than for someone like me who would like firm support for my back. I was able to move and reach well with this on, and if exercising was my only intent for this, then I would have been well satisfied with this trimmer. ... show more

I ordered this latex-free waist trainer to use with a sweat cream. I have only owned about 5 or 6 waist trainers (ones that Velcro, zip, click/buckle, etc) majority have rolled up during movement and it’s frustrating. I typically order a large in these, but this fits a little too big for me, but I was able to wrap it further around me. The trainer has a very simple design, there is no specific location where the Velcro needs to be, it allows me to tighten and loosen as needed. I wasn’t able to get a close fit around the top of my waist, there was a gap (see picture), so the results showed more sweat at the lower half. One of the things I do like about this is my sweat does not appear to be absorbing into the trimmer making it easier to clean. It is hand washed and the water just rolls right off. ... show more
