I have only used this one time since I got it but so far, so good! The package arrived undamaged & neatly packed inside... It even had some cute bonus iron on decals that came with it. Heats up quickly and has auto shut off. Arrived a day early too. 10/10 recommend this product. Happy customer!

This is a little smaller than what I wanted (should have paid more attention to the description!), but I do really like it.
