The media could not be loaded. There’s nothing that I dislike about the machine. Easy to assemble and quick to get started. Works great for burning photos on wood of canvas. In the process of doing some tiles in the next couple of weeks. Had a few issues out of the box. But was solve by technical support on mechanical issues.     • Powerful for the money. No limit switches.
Has a tendency to stop in middle of an engraving. No error message. Possible cause by it's 'fire sensor'. Bought an air assist kit. Still stopping in middle of an engraving.

If you are not an expert, do not buy this machine The assembly instructions are terrible. None of the QR codes gave us anything. Once together there are no operating instructions The flash drive with the software on it will not work The email to contact them gave me an error as did the phone number. You will have absolutely no support with this machine. So again unless you are already familiar with laser engravers I would buy a different model ... show more

The SD card that is supposed to be included has a lot of information on it from what I'm gathering from other sources ( you tube. Forums, ect). Mine did not come with one unfortunately
