I've had this chair for roughly 7 months. You would need to cover the seat with a blanket or towel to keep from roughing up your legs. Screws keep falling out, that has happened three times now. I'm careful with my things, so I'm not rough on this chair. I find the positions to either push you forward too far, or the next setting to lay back too far. There's no happy medium. I always end up with my rear end at the front of the chair which I believe is the fact that the 'lumbar' support pushes you forward too much, this is not something that can be adjusted - Would recommend going to a store and sitting in a chair first before purchasing online again. ... show more

There were a few scuffs on the chair (normally wouldn’t bother me). The bottom cushion on the chair only covers half of my thigh (I’m 6”1’) the lumbar support only touches the lowest part of my back and doesn’t offer any support. The head rest is lose and wobbly although the rest of the build quality seems sturdy. I will be returning the chair and it’s not worth a third of what it’s priced at. ... show more

I received this as a gift, but I can say that this is a pretty good all-rounder of a chair with a fairly budget-friendly price. I find it very comfortable and it is built well, with solid metal parts where needed (in the supports of the chair and whatnot). The white color looks very sharp and, despite what I feared, stays clean throughout hours of use (I'm used to white-colored office equipment looking very dingy after a few months, not the case with this chair. I bought this chair which was pretty expensive compared to other chairs. The arms broke after first use. Ordered replacement parts but sent the wrong parts. I would not recommend buying this chair from this brand.

The media could not be loaded. This chair looks good but don't be fooled, it's completely uncomfortable, very cheap & extremely tacky. I work from home and having this chair makes it completely difficult to get the job done!! Save your money or buy another chair!!

Since I am working for IT department, no need to working on site. I sit in front of my computer more than 10 hours a day. My old one makes my back painful!!! The back and head support is awesome, it can strongly support my back, the angle of head support also is adjustable. As well as the armrest. I can change different angles to fit my position.
