The media could not be loaded. Extremely satisfied. Both my adult son 6’2” 200lbs and me 230lbs have put a bunch of miles on this little gem. It’s got plenty of power to handle hills, it’s fast….yeah I got it up to 30mph on a straight away, suspension works perfectly and the larger diameter wheels make it ride really nice over bumps and cracks in sidewalk. We charged it once and we’re still at 70 percent battery after a bunch of miles. I like the app and lighting on scooter too. IMO you can’t go wrong buy it. Update: I just discovered that it has a little Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to that that’s located down near the bottom of the front of the scooter. Update 2: I’ve gotten used to the dual motor mode and drive it just about 100% of the time now in 2 Wheel Dr. instead of rear wheel drive. Last night I got it up to 31 miles an hour and I’m not a small person weighing in at 230 pounds. The acceleration is incredible. It’s like driving a Corvette compared to a pick up truck with the other scooters that we have. ... show more

I am less than 2 weeks out of the return period and the scooter has a broken rim. It’s useless! I have tried to contact Amazon for the seller information but they gave me the wrong information.     • Heavy, the inside of the tire is inflatable inner tubes
Scooter is heavy, bulky , and weighs 65lbs . The outside tire is pneumatic (hard rubber) , but they never mention the inside tire is inflatable. How do you change an inner tube on an electric scooter? After putting everything together and blowing up the tires to exactly 30 PSI. I took it for a spin and heard a scraping sound, the front brake disc was bent. I contacted Amazon and luckily I can return it. I still have to put this whole mess back into the box , buy tape, UPS . The scooter does go really fast, but I didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy it. I just don’t trust this scooter . There is no such thing as an electric scooter repair shop in my area. If this thing gets a flat you’ll be waiting weeks for the company to send you an inner tube or have to package this whole thing up to return. ... show more
