  • Great Scooter!
Set name: Single Motor/300lb Capacity
Great scooter! I bought this about a year ago and it’s been working great. I live in a hilly area and was nervous about how this will handle them but it just speeds through, I don’t even feel the hills! Powerful motor. I was also surprised to learn about its Bluetooth capability and how I can connect my phone to it! Didn’t know about that until months later. Some time ago, I also had some issues with my hawk lights. They kept flickering. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me new ones, free of cost! Replacement was pretty easy, I just asked support for a demo video on how to replace them. Only drawback is that it is a bit heavy and I don’t live on the ground floor. So carrying it upstairs was difficult in the beginning but you get used to it! Overall, I would definitely recommend. ... show more

  • Amazing!!! Must get
Set name: Single Motor/300lb Capacity
This is everything you need. I live in a city and I got rid of my car because of this scooter: it goes fast, very durable, long charge; easy to break down, finger print is also really nice. Definitely worth the money: plus customer support is the best here

  • Pretty nice with a few minor issues Pretty nice with a few minor issues
Set name: Dual Motor/400lb Capacity
Third update 11/7/25: I upgraded the mechanical brakes that came standard with cable-actuated dual piston hydraulic brakes. This required minor changes. The front caliper bolted right on, but the 140mm front disc was a bit too small. The back caliper rubbed the tire using the 160mm disc and stock caliper mount. Turns out if you replace both discs with 145mm and use the rear 140mm caliper mount that comes with the hydraulic calipers, everything lines up perfectly. I still hate the horn. Second update 9/11/25: I discovered another feature today (which may have been mentioned somewhere, as I admit I didn’t read everything).. When the scooter is locked (in “p” mode, waiting for unlock via fingerprint or Bluetooth), it has additional anti-theft features! If you try to push it away, an alarm sound starts blasting on the little speaker and the motors fight you by turning in the opposite direction you’re trying to push. The alarm is brief and stops as soon as you stop pushing. Pretty cool feature that I didn’t see mentioned. Minor update 9/10/25: Ordered myself some real nice tires. Went up in size to 90/65-6.5 instead of the 85/65-6.5 it came with. Plenty of room in the front. Back is a little snug but they JUST clear the metal brackets that hold the rear fender in place. I don’t think it’ll be an issue but I may fabricate up a new bracket to gain a little wiggle room. Initial impression is good. I did a quick zip around the neighborhood and everything works well right out of the box. This seems identical to the Cunfon scooter, and the Bluetooth speaker even shows up as “cunfon” The horn is abysmal. It’s more of a horn sound which I believe is played through the tiny on board Bluetooth speaker. Cable brakes need some minor adjustment. They work fine, but I want to tighten up just a bit so they grab a little better. The fingerprint reader works well, but it’s annoying that you can only lock the scooter through the app. Fingerprint unlocks it easily, but it would be great if you could also lock with your finger so you wouldn’t need to pull your phone out. Back suspension is really stiff. I’m a bigger guy, around 230, and it hardly flexes when I bounce my weight on it. My biggest gripe is the tires. The scooter has a 440lb weight limit, but the tires are 2 ply and only rated for 155lbs each. The scooter weights 65lbs, so in reality you’ve only got 245lbs before you’re overweight on your tires. I’ll be looking to upgrade these because the last thing I want is a flat tire or a damaged rim. It feels well made, looks good, and is fun to ride. I think it’s a pretty solid purchase under a grand. It has plenty of place to propel my 230lbs quickly down the road, and I can’t ask for much more than that! The seller seems to communicate quickly as I had a couple questions before I purchased that were answered within about an hour. After I purchased I also received a thank you email telling me the scooter came with a 2 year warranty (which is more than is offered on the Amazon listing) As usual, I’ll come back and update if anything (good or bad) changes! ... show more

  • Great Scooter for BIG Men
Set name: Dual Motor/400lb Capacity
This was my first electric scooter. I can't find many that will handle my size (6'1" 385lbs). I have put a little over 40 miles on this scooter in the first week. Actually, only rode it 4 days because of the weather. This is a great scooter. Simple to use and very stable. Very portable with the folding and locking design. It easily gets me to 20mph in Sport mode (Race mode would be illegal to ride on the bike paths in South Carolina.) I did let a younger(smaller) guy ride it in the parking lot and he said it easily got up to 31mph with him. Battery power seems good. A 10 mile trip This works great as a commuting scooter for our boat, much easier to transport in the tender to shore than my ebike. ... show more

  • best upper level entry scooter and still portable
Set name: Dual Motor/400lb Capacity
five Stars this thing is also in a lot of ways I did have a few small issues but customer service is so helpful and amazing. it's like just at the point where it's almost becoming not portable but I'd still foldable and can life with one arm if you're on the stronger the light isn't that bright so but has reach I put auxiliary extra headlights on it I get about 10 miles a charge but that banging 31mph am about 280 with a loaded backpack and tow a trailer some times too recently I started doing it more and sport mode which kept you at believe 9:00 and 19 mph and man battery life improves so much cours as long as you can get charged you everyday then you can race it around. everything works really great it's pretty strong I got in a crash with it to about 30 so I'm holding to the bike lane I can't skid out of the way enough ended up kind of tingling them flipping and rolling 30 ft with no protection and I got no injuries That's kind of more luck and roll skills then scooter but like I said I'm heavy we hit hard and some service scratches that was it got up and wrote it the rest the way to work ... show more

  • No steering control at high speeds
Set name: Single Motor/300lb Capacity
This scooter was a big waste of time and an even bigger waste of money. This is a third scooter that I have purchased from Amazon and the previous models were segways, much smaller models with little power which was fine when I was taking my dogs out for a run. But this Relay scooter is super fast but no steering control. So I did crash a few times when I took my hand off the handlebar for a quick second and after about 6 months the battery stop charging and all my electrical components went out. I took it to a local scooter shop and they basically told me that I wasted my money and that it would cost more than $1,000 to make this scooter safe and working again. By then it was too late to return the scooter. And I did try to contact customer service in China and there was nothing that they could do.So I took a chance with buying a cheap Chinese knockoff brand and it turned out to be very unsafe unstable a waste of money and I'm lucky that I didn't end up with the hospital just lots of scratches and bruises. So I have the scooter that I just purchased recently that cost me upwards of $800 that I can't I ended up upgrading to the GT3 pro and are absolutely happy with it so much control so much stability so many safety features on it, these cheaper knockoffs ones barely have any safety features on it besides the brakes and lights. So it has just been sitting in my garage just a reminder to me that sometimes cheaper works out good put on these scooters that are very dangerous and it seems there's no regulation a lot of them are unsafe. I had more injuries for the 3 months that I use the relay scooter compared to the previous 3 years which were zero injuries and the two or three months since I got my new Segway scooter no injuries no times I'm falling off no anything. And I it wouldn't have been so bad if I could have still returned it and got my money back. But it seemed like a few weeks after the return window closed then it started messing up and the lights that are flashing on the dashboard flash all different ways all different languages all different whatever. So I'm sure I could take it someplace and they could fix it but then what it's not a safe scooter and any of those scooters that look alike or the same way I googled about these different scooters and basically it's one huge factory warehouse that makes the one kind of scooters and there's four or five Chinese companies that tweak them a little bit and sell them as their own there are four different scooters at least that are on there that look the same and they use the same app to work. So I can't change anything I made a wrong purchase it worked fine in the beginning before I realized how unsafe it was and I wish the return window for Amazon for that product was a little bit more like it has on most things like 2 months this one month maybe Amazon knows something. So it will just sit in my garage as a reminder to be more careful in the future especially when it comes to buying.Chinese wouldn't want to give to one of my this Chinese scooter to a friend to try to fix it because I would be worried that they would kill themselves on it. My advice if you have the money is to get a well reviewed scooter by professionals and not by people who have reviewed the product here on Amazon because I cannot believe there are so many positive reviews about this scooter. Besides all my electrical and computer stuff going out now the major problem I had with this scooter from day one is that there is no steering dampener on it So the faster you go the faster you have to hold on to the handlebars so they don't go one way or the other and you go flipping off. Any scooter that goes over 25 mph it's supposed to have a steering dampener on it. Do not think that you will be able to ride this scooter at 20 or 30 miles an hour with only one hand on the handlebar there is no way that you can control it unless you have both hands on the steering wheel and after about 5 minutes of the tents holding it's like a workout and you are completely tired. So who's reviewing this product and saying it's awesome Yes it goes 30 miles an hour and yes you take your hand off the handlebar for a second and you're crashing maybe bad maybe not. I just wish that with most products you have two or three months to return it. But that's My fault for not checking more ... show more

Set name: Single Motor/300lb Capacity
My grandson is in love with it, and the distance it can take him. Battery is great and the speed is great too, it is nice to watch him go down the street and back in just a minute. Had bought in December and he had put around 100 miles on it in just the first few days
