Great for Nikon or Leica

I use this with a Leica M10 and it works great. The pins for Leica and Nikon are in the same spots. I had to rig it with a twisty tie to get the wire to point off to the side rather than forward, so that it doesn’t fall in front of the lens. That was easy to do. It takes a little stretching to loosen up the coil to make it stretch more easily, but it does loosen up nicely.

Flash Does Not Fit Too Tight

I'm a professional photographer of over 20 years and have always used brand name equipment. I though I would try this as a back up to the back because of the cost. The flash SB9000 do not fit into the hot shoe and must be forced in. Just not worth the potential damage to a $500 flash because of a $20 chord that came from a production facility with little or no quality control. I really wanted this to work but it didnt and I sent it back. I will stick with Nikon brand names from now on like I have always done.

All the TTL functions works well with my Nikon Z6 camera

I had a similar cable (different brand though) before that got stuck on the camera hot shoe and I ended up break open the top part of the cable to release the retaining pin. So I was reluctant to order another non-oem cord. This cable seems to be solid made and the cable locking mechanism on the camera hot shoe is different than other cables I have used. This one has sweeping or sliding mechanism that travels the entire width of the cable head. Cable retaining pin on the camera hot shoe slides in and out smoothly. Cable length is perfect for using flash camera on a portable camera bracket. Since I had this cable for a very short period of time, I can't predict the long term use and hence one less star. After using it 10-15 more time without any issues, I'll update my review to 5 star. This cable is couple dollars expensive than few other cables available on this site but add'l money spent is worth in my opinion.
